Glad to see that is under new ownership. Previous owners were running it into the ground and grumbling all the while. Antiques, yes. Badly maintained furniture, rugs and good need of a scrub down and better maintenance. I'll stay there this summer and see what it's like now. I hope improvements have been made and there is some courtesy.

We stayed in a nicely renovated and comfortable room in the Sunrise Building. We hadn't been here for three years and the new owners have done a spectacular job of updating and renovating the entire hotel. Our room had a king size bed and was a nice blend of old charm (stain glass windows) and modern conveninences (new shower and flat screen tv and air conditioner) We will definitely be back again!

I rented out Hotel Pemaquid for my June 2024 wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The new owners have updated the rooms and added a new building. The decor made for beautiful photos of us getting ready. All rooms have mini-splits for heating and cooling and comfortable beds. Larissa and her staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We had plenty of space to get ready and all of our guests had an amazing experience!

Did not stay there , new owners have |lost the old charm. No woods out back .,|New strip type building as you would see on Route 1 not on Quaint Pemaquid Point.|Main building had some nice changes.|Woman was not excited about showing us around. Oh well the sign of the times!! We had stayed at Inn many years with previous |owners.

Hotel Pemaquid was delightful. And the "Chauffeur Quarters" was an amazing room. The owners and staff are all lovely and welcoming. The surrounding area was also great for taking a stroll and watching the sunset. The Pemaquid light house is also only a 2minute walk from the property. The walkable dining options are limited, but many good options with a 10-15min drive. Would strongly recommend the property.

Very nice staff (except they didn't want us to charge our car). Room was clean but a bit spare. Sound insulation between rooms could be better, but our neighbors quieted down early enough. Location near the lighthouse is excellent, as was the nearby restaurant for breakfast (same owners, I think). The water in our room seemed a little discolored. Had a brief water pressure issue with the shower, but it corrected itself.

The new owner, Larrisa, has taken such care and attention to updating the hotel. I have watched the transformation over the year leading up to my daughter’s wedding weekend on June 29th. We booked the entire hotel for the bridal party and guests. I can not say enough on how Larissa was there to assist in making the weekend a beautiful stay for all. From welcoming all my guests and making them feel at home, always there if they were in need of anything to helping me navigate all that needed to be done for the bride and bridal party on the big day! The rooms have been transformed with new king size beds, mini splits and much more. Everything was exceptionally clean. Here crew worked magic each day to have the rooms ready. All my guests had only praise for Larissa and their stay! The bridal suite was perfect! Thank you!

The Chauffeur’s Room was beautiful. It was very comfortable and full of antiques. The sunporch was lovely, and we ate our dinner there on the first night. The bed was comfortable. I especially enjoyed having my morning and afternoon tea on the front porch with a few of the sea.
