We stayed at this accommodation for our vacation, and while the location is excellent, there are significant issues with cleanliness. The place is quite neglected and dusty, which can be a serious problem for people with allergies, affecting their breathing and sleep. There is nothing that would motivate me to return to this place. Over the week, our towels were changed and the room was cleaned only once. Overall, I would rate it no more than three stars, and that is solely due to the location.

Super logement ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable, ils sont très humains. L’emplacement est au calme et les chambres confortables et fonctionnelles. C’est un bon rapport qualité-prix et nous avons adoré notre séjour !

I stayed in the updated apartments booked via Airbnb. It was absolutely beautiful. A cool well decorated room with a powerful shower and great aircon. The location is just perfect for exploring Chania. The hosts were very helpful and the little terrace is perfect for coffee and a book or perhaps wine and sunset. I would happily stay again!

This cosy, traditional family old pension is placed in the perfect spot in the Venetian part of the old Chania town: 5 minutes walk from public free parking, right next to many tavernas and street shops, near to everything, yet hidden in a quiet alley so not noisy at night. |The rooms are very clean, with a good bathroom and a kitchenette, very well equipped. The style is vintage and it gives just the perfect feel of this charming old town. |The roof-top terrace is great for a night cap. |Last, but not least, we met the nicest and most welcoming owners to which we'd like to thank for making our stay there perfect.

Pension Eva was recommended by a friend and we were very happy we accepted his advice. This is not five star luxury, but it is very comfortable, very clean and very friendly and helpful hosts. There were free items in the room on arrival which provided a nice personal touch. We received good advice on places to eat and how to make the best use of our limited time in Chania.||Because it is in the old town, it is in an old building with steep, narrow staircases but they really are not a problem, especially when on arrival our host carried my wife's case up to our room. No breakfast is provided, but there are enough utensils in the room to enable you to prepare your own if you wish. We made use of the recommended breakfast venue only 100 metres away. A great place to stay, right in the old town of Chania - and that's where you need to be.

The room was very well appointed being a mixture of 'traditional' and stylish equipment and furniture.Every possible need was catered for and a modest 'welcome pack' provided.The use of the well cared for terrace was a real bonus although with free air-conditioning we could equally have enjoyed eating in the room. The area is quiet,but very convenient for restaurants, shops of all sorts and the bus station.The very best sort of 'family business' here ensures that there is always help available with any practical problems.
